We started Fast & Fit Vegan because we were tired of "healthy" products hiding soy, oats, and fillers. Every product we make is 100% plant-based, grain-free, and built for people who actually read labels.
Why We Exist
The plant-based food industry is full of shortcuts. Soy protein isolates, oat fillers, and artificial binders are cheap — and they're everywhere. We built Fast & Fit Vegan to prove you don't need any of that to make food that tastes incredible and performs even better. Our mission is simple: real ingredients, real results, zero compromise. Also, we do it online only, so everyone everywhere has access!

The founder
Built from frustration, driven by passion
Fast & Fit Vegan was born out of a simple frustration: every plant-based product on the market either tasted like cardboard or was loaded with ingredients we didn't want. Soy was in everything. Oats were in everything. And the "clean" options were either boring or wildly expensive.
So we started making our own. What began as weekend smoothie experiments turned into a full product line — smoothies, bowls, protein bars, powders, and granola — all built around one rule: if we wouldn't eat it ourselves, we wouldn't sell it.
Today, Fast & Fit Vegan ships across the country. But the rule hasn't changed. Every batch is still made with the same obsessive attention to ingredients that started it all "No Oats & No Soy." Whether you're vegan, grain-sensitive, paleo, keto, or simply looking for cleaner everyday nutrition, Fast & Fit Vegan delivers.
